The challenge

What was getting in the way

Businesses answer the same customer questions every day, but building a custom chatbot for each one is slow and costly. The goal was one system that could serve many businesses, with each assistant knowing only its own company's information.

What we built

A platform that runs customised AI assistants for many businesses from one central engine. It has three parts:

  • The engine handles logins, the AI and the knowledge search, and keeps every business’s data separate.
  • An admin dashboard where each business manages its own assistant and sees only its own data.
  • A chat widget that a business adds to its website with a single line of code.

How it works

  • A business signs up and gets its own private workspace.
  • It enters its website address. The system reads the site and builds a knowledge base for that business alone.
  • It pastes one line of code into its website to show the chat widget.
  • Visitors ask questions, like “What are your business hours?”, and the assistant answers from that business’s own information.
